About KOHEZI
Kohezi is the phonetic way of writing the Dutch word 'Cohesie' (cohesion), which means 'the force that bonds elements' or 'connected / united'.
We are in love with natural materials. Most of these materials are heavily used in today's industry, but are often undervalued. We want to change your perspective on these 'undervalued' materials. And to do so we are building a collection of connected, amazingly great yet simple designs. By displaying and combining these products we hope to bring back respect and appreciation for these elements.
We are based in and ship from Amsterdam, The Netherlands (EU).

We ship worldwide using FedEx or PostNL (local post, like Hermes, Eurodis etc.)
Payment & Shipping
We accept payments from all major payment services, such as: Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and many more.
International shipping rates vary by country and range from approximately €5.95 to €14.95 (Express rates and TOYO Steel rates excluded). To see the shipping cost for your order, place an item in your cart and begin the checkout process: add your shipping / billing information and continue to the next step to view your shipping cost. Since we really don't like shipping costs, we are trying to find ways to reduce these to zero. But for now, we promise it won't be higher than €14.95 (Express rates and TOYO Steel rates excluded).
We try to send out each order in 1-2 business day(s). If you place an order on a holiday or weekend, we will make sure it will be processed the next business day. We use registered FedEx, UPS or PostNL (Dutch Royal Mail) service for all items. In terms of processing time, generally this means that all packages are processed, send and arrive in the country of destination within three business days. Unfortunately we have no control over customs and the processing time in the country of destination, but in general all packages to:
- Europe: Arrive within 1-3 business days.
- USA: Arrive within 1-3 business days.
- Worldwide: Arrive within 4-6 business days.
Need it there faster? You can use the 'Express' option during checkout, or
contact us before you place your order to discuss the options. All items are securely packed and shipped with 'track and trace' and 'signed for' and you will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order is shipped. We send everything from our office in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

We will always provide as much visual and detailed specification we feel is needed to accurately convey our products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please e-mail us at hello@kohezi.com. We will refund or exchange any new, unused and unopened merchandise that is postmarked for return within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Please note: shipping back an order or item to our office is not paid by us. We don't provide any pre-paid return labels.
Delays & Missing Packages
Please contact FedEx immediately to determine the delivery location of your package. If you can’t find it, have you checked with your neighbors? If no one has your package and the tracking status shows it as delivered, please call us to start an investigation.
Phone contact is the only way to initiate a claim for missing items.

Please note, we can only adjust orders if the item has not been picked up yet by the shipper. The moment you received an e-mail from us with the tracking information, you can't edit, add/remove or cancel your order.
